To prevent the hype around the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge from subsiding, Samsung has released three new ads for the handset on its YouTube page. The ads highlight the three key aspects of the phone: IP68 waterproofing, Samsung Pay compatibility, and a camera that is capable of taking some great photos in low-light.

The first ad shows a guy anticipating a call from a girl he recently gave his number to. When the girl finally calls, the guy accidentally drops his Galaxy S7 edge in a sink filled with water. Thanks to the IP68 certification of the handset though, he was able to pick the phone up and receive the call like nothing ever happened.

The second ad shows a Galaxy S7 edge owner running away from making all the payments citing an excuse that he is not carrying any money with him. In the end, his friend shows him at a restaurant that he can use his Galaxy S7 edge to quickly make payments through Samsung Pay.

The last ad is about a scared kid running to her mom because of the ‘ghosts’ present in her room. Her mom then uses the Galaxy S7 edge to click pictures of the ‘ghosts’, which are nothing else but her toys.

What do you think about these ads from Samsung? I find them to be pretty spot on.
