Xiaomi today unveiled the Mi 4s at an event in Beijing, China. The handset sits right below the Mi 5, the company’s upcoming flagship that will be unveiled later today.
The Mi 4S packs in a 5-inch Full HD IPS display with a pixel density of 441ppi. The handset is powered by a hexa-core Snapdragon 808 chipset, an Adreno 418 GPU, and 3GB of RAM. The device comes with 64GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot. Other specs of the handset include Wi-Fi b/g/n/ac connectivity, dual-SIM connectivity, fingerprint scanner at its rear, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and a USB Type-C connector.
The rear of the Mi 4s sports a 13MP rear camera with PDAF and dual-tone LED flash. At the front, a 5MP selfie shooter is present. All this is powered by a 3620mAH battery, which also supports Quick Charge 2.0.
The Mi 4S will be launched in China on March 1 and has been priced at CNY 1699 (approx $280). It will be available in Black, Gold, Purple, and White colors.
