HTC has announced a new Preview program through which it is allowing its fans to provide their valuable feedback to them. The preview program will also provide the company loyalists with a chance to use HTC’s upcoming smartphones and products and provide feedback on them.

The struggling smartphone maker makes it clear that not all suggestions and feedback given by members who get selected for the Preview program will be implemented, but they will definitely consider them all.

The company also plans on sending its unreleased devices to Preview members from time to time for their feedback. The devices will automatically log data like network and signal strength, battery information, apps used, and other such information for diagnostic purposes.

HTC says that it was the feedback from one of the Preview program members that led it to develop and implement the ability to shoot pictures in RAW format on the One M9.

HTC has had a disastrous 2015. The company’s flagship handset, the One M9, turned out to be a huge dud and was forgotten in no time. Since then, the company has gone to launch a few more variants of the M9, all of which have failed to impress consumers. It will be interesting to see how the Taiwanese OEM takes advantage of the Preview program and the feedback provided by users to improve its 2016 range of devices.
