OnePlus today announced the roll out of OxygenOS 2.1.3 for the OnePlus X. The update mainly fixes the bugs that are present in the launch firmware of the handset, including the bug that causes it to not recognise microSD cards.

Considering how serious some of the bugs were on the launch firmware of the OnePlus X, it is nice to see the company quickly rolling out an update to fix them.

The official change log of the update can be found below:

SD card related improvements including:
- UX improvements
- exFAT SD card support
- Ability to move apps to and from SD card
- Fixed reboots caused by removing SD card in an active state
Security patches
General bug fixes and optimizations

OnePlus notes that the OTA update will be rolled out in stages and not all OnePlus X owner will receive the update right away. A wider public roll out of the update will commence after about 48 hours, if there are no complaints from initial updaters.

Don’t be disappointed with the lack of new features in this update. OnePlus promises that they will introduce some new features in the next couple of OTA updates for the handset. (https://www.almostthererescue.org)
