LG has been unveiling the G4 component by component before its final and big reveal on April 28. However, thanks to a official microsite from LG and @evleaks, whatever surprises LG had reserved for the final event has been leaked.
Firstly, the images give us our clearest look at the LG G4, which looks unmistakably like an LG handset. If the leaked image is anything to go by, the front bezel on the G4 seems to have actually increased in size compared to the G3, which already had slightly bigger bezels than the G2.
In addition, the images indicate that LG will be offering the G4 in two variants: one with plastic back and another one with a leather finish, and both variants will be available in a bunch of colors. LG has been teasing a similar leather design on its G4 invite, so the chances of these images turning out to be false are pretty much nil.
Another image gives us a look at all the advanced features that will be present in the camera app. This includes the ability to change the focus mode, select the ISO level, capture image in RAW and more.
The leaked images also confirm that LG’s upcoming flagship will come with a removable back to give access to the removable 3000mAh battery and a microSD card slot.
The website indicates that the G4 will come with Android 4.4 onboard, but it is likely that its wrong. LG has already confirmed that the G4 will come with a 5.5-inch “Quantum” Quad HD LCD display, a 16MP rear shooter with f/1.8 aperture and an 8MP front facing camera. Other rumored specs of the handset include a Snapdragon 808 chipset and 3GB RAM.
