Sony’s found a bit of success, and brand name recognizability, with its Xperia lineup, and it looks like its looking to capitalize on that with a brand new tablet set to debut soon.

Courtesy of Xperia Blog, mention of an unannounced tablet, called the Xperia Z4 Tablet, has been found. It was located within Sony’s own Xperia Lounge app, and that it will actually be announced on March 3. That’s during this year’s Mobile World Congress, if you’re keeping track. As far as the device itself is concerned, a very small image seems to show a device with rounded edges, and a table that does indeed harken the aesthetics of Sony’s Xperia lineup.

The app also says the new tablet will have “industry-leading batter life,” and that it will feature a 2K display.

We’ll see how this pans out, but it looks like Sony’s looking to announce a follow-up to the Xperia Z3 Tablet.
