Bummed about the fact that Google stopped taking pre-orders for the Nexus Player because of the lack of FCC certification? Well, here is some good news for you.

The device has just passed FCC’s certifications, which means Google is now legally allowed to take pre-orders and start selling the device in the United States.

Hopefully, a couple of days delay will not change Google’s plan of putting the Player on sale in the United States from 3rd November. If you could not pre-order the Nexus Player before it went “out of inventory,” it is time to start hitting the F5 button on its Google Play listing page.
