On September 4, Sprint confirmed that their own LTE-enabled variant of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S 10.5 would go up for sale beginning September 12. Now AT&T is getting in on the fun, but the Big Blue carrier is opting to go with both Galaxy Tab S options right from the get-go.

AT&T has officially confirmed that preorders for the Galaxy Tab S 8.9 and the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 are now live on their website. It’s a pretty straightforward process, with pricing set at $529.99 regular pricing for the 8.9 variant, or $429 with a new, two-year contract. On AT&T’s Next plan, you can pay $26.50 per month. For the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 option, it’ll run $629.99 without a contract, or $529.99 with a new, two-year agreement attached. If you prefer the monthly installments, that’ll cost $31.50 every month. Both devices come with AT&T’s 4G LTE.

Both devices are said to ship on September 23. Do you plan on picking one up?
